Skills, confidence and a plan for what’s next.
For lots of young people, the hardest part of getting into work or training is not ability, it is confidence and knowing where to start. Our Future Face programme gives young people both.
Future Face programme
Practical skills employers look for, and the self belief to use them. Open to young people aged 16 to 25, whether in school, college, out of work or just unsure what is next.
Confidence and communication
Speaking up, working in a team and believing you belong in the room.
CVs, applications and interviews
Building a CV from scratch, making applications that get noticed, and real interview practice with friendly faces so the real thing feels less scary.
Next steps
Exploring work, apprenticeships, training and further education, and making a plan that fits. Where we can, we connect young people directly with local employers, training providers and volunteering opportunities.
