Contact and referrals
Refer a young person, ask what's on, or talk to us about volunteering or partnership. A real person answers.
Who can get in touch
Anyone. Young people aged 11 to 25 themselves, parents and carers, schools and colleges, youth and social workers, employers, funders and other charities.
You don't need to know exactly what you're asking for. Tell us about the situation and we'll say honestly whether we can help, and who else to try if we can't.
Let us know if the young person has SEND, would prefer a girls-only session or a female mentor, or is new to the UK and more comfortable in another language. We'll plan around it from the start.
Parents and carers: our work is with young people, but if you need support yourself, we'll point you to organisations that work with adults.
What happens after you get in touch
- A real person reads your message and gets back to you
- We talk with the young person first about what they want, and we're honest if we're not the right fit
- If we can't help, we tell you who can
- If we can, we find the right way in: a session, a mentor, or skills and work support
- Mentoring is matched to the young person, and young women can ask for a female mentor
- We plan around SEND, language and anything else that helps, from the start
