Why we publish these

We think you should be able to see how we work before you trust us with a young person. So the policies that matter are here in full, for anyone to read.

Every one of them was approved by our board of trustees on 10 September 2026. We review them every year, and sooner if the law changes or our practice does. The next review is due by 31 July 2027.

If you would like a policy in large print, in another language, or on paper, ask us and we will sort it out.
